The faculty and staff would like to thank all of the parents for
the wonderful luncheon held on May 8th! The food was
great! Thanks so much!

May 9th is the last day to check out library books for the year.
*
The cafeteria will not be able to accept personal checks after
May 9th. The cafeteria will not be able to accept charges
after May 16th.
*
May 12 & 13—Maxwell
incoming 6th graders will be spending the day with
us.
*
Orchestra Concert on Monday, May 12th at 6:15 at
the BSHS cafeteria.
*
May 16th is the last day to turn in a student-made
AR test to
Mrs. Brewer.
*
Hoops for Heart—May
21 & 22nd.
*
Park Day events are scheduled for May 23rd (rain date on May
30th). This is also
the last day to take an AR test for the year and all
library
books must be turned in to the library.
*
The Spanish Immersion Awards Program will be held on May 27th in
the gym at 9:00 am.
*
The 7th Grade Discovery Awards Program will be held on May 28th
after school in the library.
*
The 6th Grade Titan Awards Program will be held on May
29th at 9:15 am. in the cafeteria.
* The
8th Grade Voyagers Awards Program will be held on May 29th at
12.50 in the library.
*8th
Grade Promotion Ceremony will be held on May 30th at 7:00 pm in
the gym.
*
All library fines and lost books must be paid by May 30th.
* Due
to snow days, the last
day of school for students will now be May 30th. FCPS

to everyone collecting Box Tops For Education-Lexington Legends
Raffle....the last day to turn in your Box Tops is Wednesday,
May 14th. Keep collecting your Box Tops for more exciting
prizes!

* The PTSA will accept all
used printer
cartridges. You may drop them off in the front office.
* Please
save box tops for education. These are the pink
labels you can cut off of cereal and granola type foods.
Once school resumes please bring these to the office and place in the Box Tops
box. Visit the
Box Tops 4 Education web site for more information on how to
earn money for our school.
